Purpose of this privacy notice

This Privacy Notice sets out the ways we collect and use your personal data when using any of our online blog.

The data controller of your personal data is Mr Affiliate, a limited liability company incorporated in Malta, and subject to Maltese law, having its registered address at Tagliaferro Business Centre, Level 7, High Street, Sliema SLM 1549, Malta.

When you give us information about any health issue related to yourself or any third party, we will process this information with your consent, when it is in your vital interest or on the grounds of substantial public interest.

  • Companies within the Mr Green and William Hill holding group

We disclose anonymized data (such as aggregated statistics) about the users of our Services in order to describe our sales, customers, traffic patterns and other information to prospective partners, advertisers, investors and other reputable third parties and for other lawful purposes, but these statistics will not contain your personal data.

Overseas transfer of your information

Since we operate globally, it may be necessary for the provision of Services and to the extent required for the specific purpose, as stipulated in this Privacy Notice to transfer your Personal Information to countries outside of Canada.

As the Company operates from Malta and engages with sub-contractors that are located globally, your Personal Information will be processed outside of Ontario.

We do however advise that where Personal Information is collected from you and processed in a foreign country, this information may be accessible to law enforcement and national security authorities of that jurisdiction.

Where you make a request in respect of your rights, we will require proof of identification.  We may also ask that you clarify your request. We will retain your personal data for the period necessary to provide you with services. Where it is no longer necessary to process your personal data, we will delete it.
